What is WIPO?

Founded in 1967 as one of the 16 special agencies of the United Nations,it was launched with the purpose of promoting creative activities and guaranteeing intellectual property rights worldwide.
Its headquarters is located in Geneva, Switzerland. - The foundation of WIPO is 「Convention Establishing the World Intellectural Property Organization 」.
